A Brief History of the motel:

Prior to 2003, New London Bay Motel, was a government run seniors housing apartments that was built in 1974 and was called Murray MacKay Court.  Hence the extremely spacious home sized apartments with those amazing walk in closets. With urbanization, seniors moved to the town of Kensington or Summerside. 

In 2003, New London Bay Motel Inc was started by Al & Michelle Smith. Al being from the Cavendish area is very well versed in all the tourist areas and those off the beaten path type of hot spots for those amazing photos. Michelle is a Registered Nurse but loves to play tourist herself on her days off around the motel.

You may also meet our son Devon who is into construction and will be a handy man around at times.

Meet Maya and Roxy our 2 yappy chihuahuas. Maya is the house boss and she will let you know.
