All Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional charge of $5 - $ 10 per person/night or $25.00 per person/week may apply. (additional children under 12 are $3.00 child/night or $15 per week)
At present, we have 3 rooms that allows small pets (1 bedroom apartment suite, standard 1 queen bed and standard with 2 double beds). Additional charge of $10.00 per pet/night or $30 per pet/week. Maximum 2 pets in a room)
We require 48 hours room cancellation notice (by 9 pm 2 days prior to reservation) or there will be a 1 night charge to visa/mastercard. Golf Packages require 72 hours cancellation notice.
Cavendish Beach Music Festival weekend only: 3-5 night minimum booking depending on the style of room. We require 7 days cancellation notice or 1 night (including taxes) will be billed to your credit card if not complied. Additional person is $10 per night for July 6-11 only
Reservations may be secured with a visa/mastercard at time of booking or a deposit of 1 night by cheque if no credit card is available.
ALL ROOMS ARE STRICTLY NON SMOKING : In respect to those that may suffer allergies, asthma or respiratory illness, we choose to offer smoke-free accommodations. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a fine of $200.00.
